Michael E. Townsend

​Michael E. Townsend, has been a licensed C.P.A. since 1974. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants. He is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA's and has served as the Southeast Regional Coordinator of the National Association of CPA firms. Mr. Townsend also heads a team of CPA's that specialize in different areas of taxation, auditing and investment counseling. 

Michael served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Georgia State University Athletic Association. In addition to his professional duties, he served as a chartered member of the Atlanta Children Museum and treasurer of his church for six years. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Townsend served as managing partner of a 300 unit complex and owns, manages several other small enterprises.​​​​​​

Henry Williams

Mr. Henry Williams, Certified Public Accountant since 1975. Mr. Williams has tenured in various roles from corporate auditor to vice president to president. In 1979, he served as Vice President of Southern Agriculture Corporation and in 1983, was promoted to President. In 1987, Mr.Williams served as President of Rorson Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Williams has over 37 years of service in the public and private sectors. Presently, Mr. Williams operates as a sole practitioner where he provides services such as tax preparations, audits, retirement planning, and payroll services. Mr.Williams also tenured as the personal accountant for NBA star center Dwight Howard during his early years with the Orlando Magic.

Bruce L. Stokes

Bruce L. Stokes, specializes in marketing and business development. Mr. Stokes has over a decade of experience at fortune 500 companies. He has tenure with Eastman Kodak, Rochester, NY, Philip Morris USA, Atlanta,GA, ITT-USTS Communications, Secaucus, NJ, and MCI Communications, Atlanta, GA. Mr. Stokes' entrepreneur experiences include franchising, real estate acquisitions and property management. From 1992-1996, he owned and operated a Subway franchise in the Atlanta area. During his tenure, his sales were amongst the highest sales for his area. He believes establishing a small business like franchising, that can duplicate itself is one of the best ways to achieve financial security off the field. Being an ex-collegiate athlete himself, he understands both on and off the field pressures of being an athlete, furthermore he has the cumulative knowledge of both business and athletics enabling the client to make the necessary adjustments to be successful. Mr. Stokes serves as Managing Partner.

Our scouting and talent evaluations is headed up by Mr. Rudy Jacobs, a seasoned football scout for the Canadian Football League Montreal Alouettes. Mr. Jacobs began his career by establishing a recruiting magazine for NCAA D-1 AA and D-2 schools that normally would not have the budget to recruit many prospects. By creating the magazine, athletes who normally struggle with gaining exposure are now afforded the opportunity to receive scholarships. Moreover, schools that normally would not have the resources to recruit in certain areas now can improve their rosters with good but underexposed athletes. During Mr. Jacobs' tenure with the Alouettes, he has won 3 Gray Cup Championships which is Canada's equivalent to the NFL Super Bowl. The rings are illustrated in the picture above.
