Our scouting and talent evaluation division is led by Mr. Rudy Jacobs, a seasoned football scout with the Canadian Football League’s Montreal Alouettes. Mr. Jacobs launched his career by founding a recruiting magazine specifically designed to highlight prospects from NCAA Division I-AA and Division II programs—schools that often lack the budgets to conduct widespread recruiting efforts. His initiative created opportunities for underexposed athletes to gain visibility and secure scholarships, while also enabling resource-limited programs to discover and recruit quality talent.

 

During his tenure with the Montreal Alouettes, Mr. Jacobs has contributed to three Grey Cup Championship victories—the CFL’s equivalent of the NFL Super Bowl. His championship rings, a testament to his success and expertise, are featured in the image below.
